Rates:
July & August: €2500 per week
June & September: €2000 per week
April, May & October: €1500 per week
All other months: €1200 per week

• Bookings are usually only made for both houses together
• Rentals are from 2pm Saturday to 10am Saturday
• A 25% deposit is requested on booking / 3 months in advance
• The balance is requested 1 month in advance
• No funds are retained for breakages or use of telephone
  Please advise so that we may request reimbursement
• No liability is accepted for loss or damage to health or belongings
• All visitors are responsible for providing their own personal insurances
• Houses will be cleaned before and after each rental
• Additional cleaning can be organised on request at €20 per hour
• The swimming pool is cleaned weekly as part of the rental agreement
